Lovelady replaced windows, siding, gutters, paint, electrical, masonry, installed doors and all the “little stuff” in between. Would definitely recommend Lovelady Construction to a friend.

Chip’s crew are top notch. I do quite a bit of remodeling, rentals and flips. I do not have to micromanage Chip’s crews, professional, looks great, they leave no mess. Chip follows up on the back end, as well as the front end.

Lovelady Construction installed quality Shur Flow gutter guards on our 2 story home. Their price was reasonable and they did an exceptional job! We would definitely use them again on any other installs we may decide to do.
Updated to include a 2nd review, but a few years later: We are currently building a new home and of course we contacted Lovelady Construction again, but this time for them to install Wincore insulated windows and Alside Ascend Composite Cladding on our new home. They also set 7 porch posts. Chip Lovelady quoted a reasonable price on everything and they did an outstanding job. Would definitely use them again!

Absolutely fantastic work! They did an extensive bathroom remodel. The construction crew was kind, considerate, always on time, clean, and most of all, detail oriented! I have no reservations about recommending them to other clients. We will definitely call on them for future projects!

We have been waiting years to replace our old wood windows and I knew exactly who I wanted to replace them. His name is Mike and when my father and I use to rehab properties, we only trusted Mike to help us and for good reason. He does it right the first time, every time. That caliber of person is hard to find, especially in the construction business. I called Chip, owner of Lovelady Construction, and I asked him if Mike still worked for him. Luckily, that answer was yes. The process of getting new windows was fast, easy and affordable. Mike and his crew kept things organized and clean the entire time they were working. They worked on a schedule that was helpful to me since I have dogs and needed to take them to work with me. Am I happy with my new windows? Absolutely! They are beautiful! I can now open my windows and I don't have to worry about rot. While Lovelady Construction was already at my house, I got them to replace some rotten soffit and fascia on my covered deck. Again, perfection!

When you find people that you trust and they treat you right, you only use them. Lovelady Construction, Chip and Mike, are those people to me.

Lovelady Construction recently replaced our windows and shutters. We are so pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I had some rotted siding on my chimney and a rotted front porch post that needed to be replaced. I called Chip to get a quote on how much it would be to get my chimney and front porch post replaced and he came out in a timely manner to give me a quote to replace all the siding on my chimney and to replace my front porch post. Chip was very friendly, knowledgeable and has great prices. Not only that but the quality of work that he and his crew do is very professional and you can definitely tell that there's years of experience with Chip and his crew. I would highly recommended Lovelady Construction and will definitely be using them again.

Chip came out, surveyed the repair of damage on wood fireplace woodpeckers had damaged covering in vinyl, provided detailed plan how work would be executed and associated cost with suggestions I appreciated, he was personable and transparent with extensive knowledge in construction. His crew was outstanding, friendly and professional with an excellent quality of workmanship. I highly recommend their services and will be using them in the future.
